This is our only area Indian restaurant. They have recently restructured. Previously, I had merely deigned to eat here. Now, I'm dying to eat here! They completely reinvented the buffet concept: AYCE specials menu. Everything is freshly prepared and you can enjoy as much as you like of everything pre fixe. Nothing is bland, nothing has been sitting. There is a take out box option that allows you to enjoy as much as you can carry. Their authenticity is verified with clientele mostly representing the Indus River Valley Civilization.

Great food. Nice buffet on Saturdays. We highly recommend. My wife eats more vegetarian, good options. Clove has become one of our go to places for take out or eat in.

I don’t eat out often but when I do, I always prioritize family ethnic restaurants because their dishes are ones I can’t reproduce, i it feels good to know I’m supporting a family business vs a corporation, and ultimately it gives me the opportunity to experience different cultures through food ( which I love). I have been coming to the Clove for 5 years ( at least). They used to be in Allentown but since they closed, I frequent the Easton and Nj location, depending on my schedule. Both restaurants are owned and ran by the one family and their food is always delicious, spicy, tender, warm and leaves me wanting more! The owners are always pleasant and welcoming. The chef is super accommodating and goes out of his way to make sure you’re pleased. When I order to go, they put hot sauce on the side, which is thoughtful since my daughter isn’t into spiciness like I am. It always feels good to support family restaurants and businesses but when you could see their passion and are equally satisfied is the best feeling. Today I got malai kofta Chicken makhani Paratha Chicken samosas Which were all delicious. My favorite ( right now) is the paneer makhani and their daal but everything is so good.

This is a wonderful gem in the area. I have not enjoyed Indian cuisine this delicious since I visited the United Kingdom. The individuals that own and work here are some of the kindest and most genuinely nice people I have ever met. I’ve enjoyed both of my visits thus far. I will gladly continue to travel quite a distance to dine here. This restaurant should never have empty seats!

We had a lovely time here. The staff was friendly, and the place had a warm, welcoming vibe – perfect for family dining. We tried Vegetable Samosas, Onion Bhajia, and Paneer Pakora – all were delicious, especially with the sweet and tangy tamarind chutney. The Chef’s Special Chicken Curry was full of flavor and tasted great, though the red color was a bit strong and stuck to our hands. From the Tandoori Assorted Appetizer, the Seekh Kebab was amazing, though the other items weren’t as impressive. The best part? The Carrot Halwa – perfectly cooked and super tasty! Plenty of parking and a cozy atmosphere made the experience even better. Just a minor note on the food coloring, but overall, we really enjoyed it!

AMAZING! A previous review on my profile claims another restaurant as having the best chicken tikka masala but they have since changed and gotten more expensive, the dining experience has been bad, food not as good and they’ve been a little rude. Clove is always reliable, adds a small dessert container, has my food ready and hot on time, and gives huge DELICIOUS portions. Literally the best restaurant ever
